Refund & Return Policy

We take immense pride in crafting each resin piece with love and precision. Since all our products are handmade and often personalized, we kindly request you to read the following policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Returns

As our products are made to order, we currently do not accept returns unless:

• The product was damaged in transit.
• You received an incorrect item.

If your order meets the above criteria, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing video and photographs as proof.

2. Refunds

Refunds will only be issued in the following cases:

• Item is out of stock and cannot be restocked.
• We are unable to fulfill your custom order request.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Personalised/customised orders
• Sale or discounted items
• Change of mind after placing order

4. Exchange

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, send us a message within 48 hours of receiving it with opening video and photo as proof.
